The fourth edition of Lisbon International Contemporary Exhibition (LICE) is to take place between October 1 and 8. This event aims at exchanging experiences, sharing and promoting contemporary art and is organised by artist Natália Gromicho’s atelier, also known as meetiNG art gallery.

The preview of the art exhibition will happen on October 1, 6 pm, featuring only invited guests. “This will be an event which requires booking — through email, until September 28,” according to a press released issued by the organisers. On October 3, the exhibition is officially opened to the public.

LICE “has promoted more than 70 artists from 19 countries”. This edition features artists Mihaela Nastase (Romenia), Ilsa E. Gonzalez (USA), Natalia Gromicho (Portugal), Uili Lousi (New Zealand), Star Trauth (USA), Angela Piedade (Portugal), Adriana Dorta (USA) and Eve LeRêve (Romenia). “This year, there is a plurality of expressions — from illustration to a fusion of painting and sculpture, live performances, book launchings and more.”

The artist Natália Gromicho is the mentor of the project and Gonçalo Madeira is the curator.
