The Museu Municipal de Arqueologia da Amadora, in Lisbon, is offering in September guided tours to some of the archeological sites in Amadora.

According to a press release by the archeology museum, quoted by the Portuguese press, the programme starts with a visit to Quinta da Bolacha on September 17.

On September 24, there will be a guided tour to the Roman site Moínho do Castelinho, the museum said. A publication on archeological works done at the site will also be presented on that day.

The Museu Municipal de Arqueologia da Amadora was established in 1999. It is aimed at preserving, studying and promoting the historical and archeological patrimony of the Amadora municipality.
